Terms & Conditions

The dress archive sells vintage garments collected over time. Each piece is unique and may show signs of age and wear. Condition is described as accurately as possible, and measurements are provided to support careful purchasing.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage garments, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives significantly different from its description.

Orders are processed after payment is received. Prices are listed in euros and includes shipping within European Union, unless stated otherwise. The dress archive reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders in the case of clear mistakes.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delays caused by postal services or customs lies with the carrier. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unless otherwise stated, all images, texts, and materials on this site are shared under a Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike license (CC BY-SA). They may be copied, shared, and adapted provided clear credit is given to the dress archive and the respective photographer, and any reuse is distributed under the same license. Proper reference to the original source must always be included. Licensed under Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from Spain. Processing time is usually 3–7 working days unless stated otherwise. Shipping times vary depending on destination and postal service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking information is provided when available. The dress archive is not responsible for delays, customs processing, or lost packages once they are handed to the shipping carrier, but reasonable assistance will be provided in locating missing parcels.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or local taxes required by their country.
